I don't know how to draw, and don't consider myself an artist?
It is not about knowing how to draw. You do not even need to know how to draw a stick figure to benefit from this healing process. It is about experimenting with materials. It is about the process, not the final product. It is about just letting go of any expectations and allowing yourself to get out of your chatty left brain, and into your body (non verbal emotions/feelings) connecting with your 5 senses. Let your inner self explore!
