My unique approach to therapy focuses on you and your inner strengths. As you are your own best expert, I follow your lead to guide you through a healing process.
Using a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the whole self (mind and body), I facilitate healing by bringing awareness through the use of all of the senses. Through various creative modalities such as writing, music, and art, this unique and fun therapy creates transformation and healing through the stimulation of sight, sound, taste, touch and smell.
ALL Feelings are OK, ALL Feelings are WELCOME. They are just trying to let us know what needs tended to within us. They get to have a voice,. Once we give our feelings voice, we are able to be seen. This brings awareness, insight and healing! We feel to heal! What a gift to give yourself. You deserve it because you are worth it!

This journey of life is much like the formulation of sea glass, weathered by nature, in constant motion, being reshaped and reworked. Our past is a part of us, but it doesn't define us. Having an open mind and heart to embrace the changes and find the possibilities it holds for us is a step in healing.
