Welcome to Moore Healing Art Therapy. My name is Valerie Moore-Altavilla and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#LCSW 29702), Art Therapist, EMDR trained, and SoulCollage ® Facilitator whose soul led work centers on supporting humans through trauma, grief, life transitions, and inner child healing. With extensive experience guiding individuals and groups, I weave together art-based discovery, nervous system regulation, and parts-informed work to help people reconnect with their inner resources and sense of wholeness.
At the heart of my work is the belief that empowerment begins with vulnerability-the courage to know ourselves fully and honor all parts of our lived experience. I hold space for deep reflection, creativity, and authentic expression, reminding others that all feelings are welcome and that healing is a remembering-a gentle return home to self.
